Ka-Bar US Army knife, press trigger to flip the knife like in TWD Saints & Sinners or Blade and Sorcery, if the knife is flipping on the wrong side, holster it and take it out, should work fine then
Also highly recommend using the NoDeathAnimations mod by NotEnoughProtons, makes killin a lot more satisfying https://boneworks.thunderstore.io/package/NotEnoughPhotons/NoDeathAnimations/
